There's nothing like stopping at the Czech Stop for kolaches. It's a little Czech bakery in West, Texas just outside of Waco where they sell freshly baked fruit kolaches as well as sausage & cheese, ham & cheese and other favorites. We always stop and purchase about a dozen or so and so does everyone else! If you travel to/from Austin and Dallas on I-35 and have never stopped there but wondered what all the traffic is about, stop in and try it!
