A trip to the Sunset Valley Farmers Market this morning has inspired me to whip up a deliciously seasonal stew from white turnips, green garlic, red potatoes, mini-sweet potatoes, and bison steak. The tomatoes above as well as fresh cilantro will appear in our daily salads. And the pictured tangerines for mid-afternoon snacks and carrot cake cupcakes with tangerine cream cheese frosting.
