This picture sums up our ride and run perfectly yesterday at Slaughter Creek. A three-mile run does not feel good after a ten-mile mountain bike ride. I've got a long way to go fitness-wise to be somewhat competitive i.e. comfortable at the mid-May adventure race.
Now on to the fun part. My training partner and I are having the worst time trying to come up with a team name. I like funny girly names and she likes tough brutal or monkey names. Any suggestions for us?
