Today, I met with my personal trainer to set reasonable fitness goals. It was encouraging but I still question whether I can commit the time needed to be in the physical condition that I dream of being in. The thought of being strong and being able to compete again is really exciting. My lifestyle has become so sedentary due to the constant demands of law school. I've really missed working out and especially HOW I feel when I work out. So, send me "GET TO GYM" vibes daily so that I can get back to being myself and feeling good again.
