Circle C Metro Park

Today Ella and I had to celebrate Father's Day without Seth.  He's out of town visiting a very ill friend who is suffering from MS. I think often about his battle with such a horrible disease that struck him at the age of 20.  It's robbed him of his youth, college, marriage, parenthood, and quality of life. He is such an amazing soul. So, Ella and I spent the day running and playing and thinking about Seth and our very amazing friend.
