There's no shortage of deer in Dripping Springs. It all began with a pleasant drive scouting this neighborhood near my office for potential running and riding routes. Lovely scenery, quiet country road. Then, oh look honey, a deer! Oh there's 5 deer, 6 deer, 12 deer! Deer were absolutely everywhere, in every yard feasting on grass that these homeowners somehow managed to grow despite the water restrictions and lack of rain. We probably spotted close to 100 deer! You just don't see that every day. Or maybe you do if you live there!
