Sunset Valley Farmers Market

Just got the following email from Sunset Valley Farmers Market
about the goodies that will be available this Saturday. Come check it out.

Due to the cold weather this Saturday some of the farmers may have to come later than usual to prevent produce from freezing. They should all be there by around 10 a.m.

Hairston Creek Farm will have organic red and green leaf lettuce and some green garlic.

Richardson Farms will have plenty of fresh, free range chickens.

Morning Glory Farms will have herbs, sprouts and eggs.

Full Quiver will be there with their extensive array of cheeses including the best cottage cheese ever and a variety or pork products.

Gundermann Farms will have sweet potatoes, tomatoes, greens, lettuces, broccoli and much more.

Texas Olive Ranch will have for feb 6 & Feb 13 only True Love Rose Infused White Balsamic Vinegar.

Swede Farm Dairy will have vanilla vean yogurt and our regular varieties of chevre.

Sweetish Hill Bakery will have our 100% Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin bread and Whole Wheat Walnut with Raisins and Wheatberries loaf for $1.00 off this Saturday! We are also bringing our fresh baked fruit pies made with a flakey buttery crust and filled with apple, blueberry or cherry. If a pie is too big for you, try the mini lemon pound cake! Dr Kracker will have its Chocolate covered Klassic 3 Seed. This is the cracker that Men's Health named as Best Cracker in 2009, and we bring it to you enrobed in organic dark chocolate!

Kocurek Family Charcuterie will have Boudin, and Brown Sugar & Sage Pork Bacon.
Pasta & Co. will feature Acorn Squash & Quinoa Ravioli and 3-Cheese with Rosemary Ravioli and Chipotle Ricotta Cavatelli, as well as several fresh pastas and sauces.

This Saturday in the cafe Jimmy Joe will be joined by Alan Roy on Mandolin. Chrissie will be there at 10:10 for a Jiminy Crisket set. At 11:11 Darrin Kobetich of Fort Worth will perform solo 6 and 12 string guitar. The 12:12 hour will be a free form improvisation with Darrin on guitar and Jimmy Joe on sitar. Mandy, a juggler visiting from New Orleans, will be performing throughout the day.
