I'm walking on sunshine..

Today was a good day. Sunshine with a cool breeze...finally! Where was this gorgeous weather over the weekend? Why does it always seems to rain on the weekends and be gorgeous during the week when we're all trapped at our 9-5? Anyway, what made today a good day you ask? In addition to the weather, it was just one of those days where everything went well. More and more people are finding out that I'm leaving the company and have been so supportive of my plans to go to law school. The burden is floating right off my shoulders. I anticipated awkward conversations (and there have been some) but more often than not, my colleagues have been impressed, enthusiastic and proud. It's one of those fateful days where everything just feels....right....like all the planets and stars are aligned....and all those doubts, fears and insecurities are replaced with anticipation, excitement and confidence.
