Tomorrow's Friday!!

There's nothing really new to report since I've been having the same day every day for the last two weeks. Get up. Go to class. Take Notes. Go home. Study. Eat. Study. Sleep. Study in Sleep. Get up and do it all over again.. I did watch some of Roberts' confirmation hearings last night which I found extremely entertaining. What a cart and pony show. Scripted questions by the senators with Roberts answering the same way every single time. You know the whole line BS about he objectively reviews the cases and applies the laws to the facts. He insists that he will sit on the supreme court with an open mind emphasizing over and over again that his personal views are irrelevant. What is the point of even having these hearings? It's stupid. Of course he's going to say that otherwise he would have to recuse himself from those cases that are presented on the issue that he admitted to having a personal view on how the law should be applied. Circular logic. But still... it was entertaining to see all the sidestepping and indirect answers to direct questions. Well that's all for now, hopefully I will be able to post on Saturday since I'll have something other than school to talk about. I'm going to see the Dandy Warhols tomorrow night!! Yes my first night out in two weeks!!! Yeehaw. I also have my first quiz on Monday in Torts but I don't want to really worry about that until Saturday. :)
